The phone number to the Presidio Professional Firefighters Local F-145, has been changed by the Golden Gate Recreation Area twice in the past few months. As of this week, we are currently without an office phone, but are scheduled to have a new independent line installed on Thursday July 03, 2008. Please bear with us as we make the adjustments. Sorry for the inconvenience. The new number will be posted as soon as it is operational.

The Presidio Professional Firefighters Local F-145 express our sincere condolences to the family of fallen Brother Jeff Powers, Deputy Chief of Southern Marin Fire Department and to all the brothers of Local 1775.
Deputy Chief Jeff Powers, who served more than a decade with the Southern Marin Fire Protection District, died suddenly on June 26th of a heart attack while on duty. Brother Powers, an active member of Local 1775 was 44 years old.
President Al Duncan testifies before the San Francisco Board of Supervisor's Government Audit and Oversight Committee regarding the current staffing issues plaguing the Presidio Fire Department and the effect on the City of San Francisco and the San Francisco Fire Department.
